- Pay: $18.50 - $19.50/hour
Job Description
Steadfast Delivery Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. We are offering full-time and part-time positions right now.
Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!
Working hours: 10:40 A.M - approx 10:00 P.M. End time depends on daily package volume.
MUST BE AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK AS THERE ARE NO SET WEEKLY SCHEDULES.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK UP TO 50-60 HOURS A WEEK DURING PEAK SEASON (5-6 DAYS) AND OTHER HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS.
TOP PERFORMERS ARE NORMALLY SCHEDULED 3-4 SHIFTS A WEEK.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/ Hour
- Paid Training
- Paid Overtime

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- At least 21 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check (including Motor Vehicle Report) and drug test
